Port Authority of Timor-Leste
1. The Port Authority of Timor-Leste, short-termed PATL mind, is the public institute whose mission assignments and areas of management and port management in all its aspects, including safety and navigation aids, and holds the necessary privileges for the Port Authority to fulfill their duties.
2. PATL is governed by its own statutes, ap-proved by Decree-Law 3/2003 of 10 March
