Article 4. º
Overall Structure
MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS
fulfills its responsibilities through integrated with direct and indirect State administration.
Article 5. º
Direct and indirect state administration
1 Integrate the direct administration of the State, under the MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND
COMMUNICATIONS, The following core services:
a) Directorate-General of Corporate Services consists of the following national departments that work in its direct dependence:
i) National Board of Directors;
ii) National Directorate of Budget, Finance and Planning;
iii) National Directorate of Human Resources;
iv) National Directorate of Procurement.
b) Directorate-General for Transport and Communications, com-posed of the following national
c) departments which operate in the direct dependency:
i) National Directorate of Land Transport;
ii) National Directorate of Sea Transportation
iii) National Directorate of Meteorology and Geophysics;
iv) National Directorate of Information and Technology;
v) National Directorate of Postal Services.
c) Inspection and Audit.
d) the Legal Services Unit.
2. Under the tutelage and supervision of MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT ANDCOMMUNICATIONS, continuing responsibility of the Ministry of the following organisms indirect state administration:
a) Port Authority of Timor-Leste;
b) Administration of Airports and Air Navigation of East Timor, EP;
c) Civil Aviation Authority of Timor-Leste;
d) National Communications Authority.
3. Alienas The bodies referred to in a) to d) above are bodies with legal personality,
administrative and financial autonomy and is governed by its own statutes already approved
according to law.
